Have you considered how you can access data when processing data into or out of your system?

File naming convention

When you process a file into or out of your system have you considered making the file unique by using the following file naming convention:

1) Transaction type

2) Account name

3) Date stamp

4) Time stamp

This simple process will enable yo to be able to review the data either processed into your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or exported from your ERP system.

By doing this simple step you will make life easier for an EDI Managed Service Provider should you choose to go down this route. They will thank you for this.
